The Northern Breeze trailer vent has been discontinued, and as such there are few replacement parts available now, and that includes the screen. While I know it is not exactly what you wanted to hear, the best option available is to replace your Northern Breeze vent.
The good news is that these vents fit standard cut outs of roughly 14" x 14" and are economical of you go with the simple manual-crank vent.
For that I recommend checking out the Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent # V2092SP-28.

The Hollywood Racks RV Rider item # HLY64FR would be a great bike rack to use behind your Jayco Eagle 5th wheel. From the hitch pin hole to the center of the rack is 14-1/2" so you will have plenty of room for your 24" wide handle bars. If your second bike is wider than 28" you will run into clearance issues if you put it in the front position but should have no issues if you mount it on the outer rack.
The Hollywood Racks RV Rider item # HLY64FR has been rated to be used behind all motor... view full answer...
The correct replacement for a Dexter 13-10 Equalizer is the Triangular Equalizer part # TREQ310, not the Curved Equalizer part # TREQE1. If you want to upgrade, the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers part # LC279688 would work but you might want to go with a slightly shorter shackle strap like part # TRSL200 or part # TRSL225 due to the equalizer being longer. I have attached a list of our shackle straps below as well. The upgraded equalizer is going to be a night and day difference in regards... view full answer...
I have a solution for you.
First, though, to replace the gearbox for your Atwood 75721, you'll need to replace the motor along with the gearbox since there aren't any gearboxes made for that motor any longer. As you mentioned, due to the age of both of these components, it's probably a good idea anyway.
For the motor, you can use the Replacement Motor for Stromberg Carlson Electric Landing Gear, part # LG-142178.
For the gearbox, you can use the Replacement Gearbox for Venture Aluminum... view full answer...
I have a solution for you, but the Swagman XTC-2 # S64670 is not rated for use on the back of a 5th wheel or towed trailer because of the extra movement that occurs at the back of those applications.
Instead, I recommend that you go with the Swagman Platform-Style 2 Bike Rack for 2" Hitches or RV Bumpers # S64663 which is also a platform rack like the XTC-2 and has the same 35-lbs per bike capacity. The great thing about this rack is that it can be attached to either a 2" hitch or the... view full answer...

This covers most trailers out there but we don't have a list of every one this latch will work on unfortunately so you'll need to measure to confirm fit.

It does sounds like from your description that these are the correct replacements for you. The mounting brackets are 27-1/8" wide which matches what you have. There are a few different ways to attach the steps like you said. There are the three top mounting points that will match your front bolt but there are also four on the outside (two front and two rear) that will allow you to attach them to the bracket on your Jayco Eagle. There are also three toward the middle of the back but these... view full answer...
